Ampersand - "& Co." - American Style

"I've previously posted 2 other "& Co" (and company) abbreviations. This third version sports an American style ampersand which is actually more of a plus sign than the usual ligatured et mark. This form of "and" abbreviation was used as much as the traditional "&" in American scripts from about the time of the American Civil War up through WWI."
