The name is drived from the Latin caelestis meaning \"celestial,\" or \"of the heavens\". The crystals of Celestite are composed of strontium sulfate, and is prime source for strontium, the metal used in fireworks to produce brilliant reds. Celestite can sometimes be found in geodes. The world's largest geode is located in Put-in Bay on South Bass Island in Lake Erie. One of the most beautiful and interesting places I've had a chance to visit. This small cave is essentially an underground room about 35 feet along its longest section that you can walk though, and the interior is composed of basketball-sized Celestite crystals.\u003cbr class=\"html-br\"\u003e\u003cbr class=\"html-br\"\u003eThe calligraphy here is fairly tratitional late-style English Italian Hand. The only two aspects that may be a bit over-the-top by today's standards are the cap C, which sprang from some preliminary sketches, and the long-s (after the second e).
