Ornamental Victorian - "Playful Art"

"A fanciful ornamental design utilizing Victorian principles. This style seems to have a slightly comic-book-ish feel so would probably be a good choice for a fairy tale book or something like that. Tom Holtkamp suggested calling this style Court Jester; a good name for it."
