ABCs - "K" is for Kalamos

"While there are plenty more elaborate Ks than this, I find the simplistic shape of this cap K to be one of the more interesting Italic designs I've found. From a 17th c. Italian manuscript, it appears to have some German influences… A kalamos is a pen fashioned from a reed (as opposed to a quill)."
