Condensed Script - "I'm Feeling Rather Squeezed."

"It's fun experimenting with the functional range of various scripts. I've been playing with some very condensed forms such as this. The use of highly condensed scripts seems to have peaked around the bigining of the 20th century.

Pushing the boundries like this can degrade or even destroy legibility. One of the ways to reduce that factor is to not use digital tricks to compress letterforms (as happens all to often) but to actually redraw each character to best control the weights, proportions and stress of the letterforms."
