Gee Bee Racer Airplane - Illustration
"An illustration of an "if I owned my fantasy plane in the 1930s" rendered in my own paint job. Believe it or not this wild looking plane is an actual aircraft called the Gee Bee Racer from 1932. It had the nicknames "the flying silo" and "the flying beer barrel" due to it's fat, stubby shape. Some of you may recall seeing this type of plane in the movie "The Rocketeer.""
